Completion and submission of this budget is required for the FFY 2012 application.

At Risk After School Hours Care Sites

• Documentation of Area Eligibility. Each site must be located in an area served by a school in which at least 50 percent of the enrolled children are certified eligible for free and reduced price meals.

The Wisconsin School Meals Eligibility Data Report - Fiscal Year 2011
This data reports provides school fiscal year enrollment figures including the number of children approved for free/reduced price meals and the percent of children approved for free/reduced price meals by building in Wisconsin public schools.
