Wisconsin Longitudinal Data System (LDS)Agreement to Protect Student PrivacyDistrict and School LDS UsersProvided below is the text of the agreement seen by users of the Multi-Dimensional Analytic Tool (MDAT) in LDS. When a user clicks on the MDAT tool link for the first time, and every 120 days thereafter, this agreement will be displayed. A user must click on the "Agree" button in MDAT before he or she can use the tool. You are currently identified by your district LDS Administrator as an authorized user of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's Longitudinal Data System (LDS). Users of LDS have access to confidential information about students. Protecting student privacy is required by law and is the highest priority of LDS. Resources regarding protecting student privacy in Wisconsin are provided at http://dpi.wi.gov/lbstat/dataprivacy.html To protect the privacy of students, LDS users are required to agree to each of the statements below.
