21st Century Community Learning Centers Title IV Part B of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB)

Annual Performance Report

The United States Department of Education contracts with Learning Point Associates (LPA) to collect annual performance data on the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grantees. The annual performance reports are due in late June of each year.

Interim Report

Currently funded programs are required to complete an interim report (due in February of each year). These reports are intended to document that the program is maintaining operations and activities comparable to what was provided during the initial grant period.
