Are you currently in the position of needing to design a workshop for training mentors or for providing opportunities to those who need to write a Professional Development Plan? If so, the information that follows will be of assistance in planning workshops.
A state-wide survey was conducted and information was gathered from providers who have designed and delivered training for mentors and for those who provide guidance to individuals writing a PDP. Those surveyed included college/university faculty, CESA staff, License Renewal Support Center staff and WEAC staff.
This information has been compiled by the department and is being made available to those who may need guidance in the design and implementation of mentor training or PDP writing workshops.
