Valid Reporting and License Codes for Special Education and Pupil Services Staff SPED/SAP Categorical Aid Eligibility
This document reflects the updated licensing codes implemented with Educator Licensing Online (ELO).
NOTE ON SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS: A teacher substituting in one assignment for up to 45 days is considered a short-term substitute, eligible for aid with any valid DPI teaching license. A teacher substituting in one assignment for more than 45 days is considered a long-term substitute and must be fully licensed for the assignment. Substitute licenses (T601, P601, A601) are not allowed for long-term substitute aid eligibility.
