IDEA Application (WISEgrants)
Applications for IDEA Part B funding - Flow-through, Preschool and Discretionary Grants are handled through WISEgrants, DPI's web-based federal grant management portal.

Timelines
- IDEA Formula Certifications & Assurances for FY 2025-2026: July 1, 2026
- IDEA Flow-through & Preschool Initial Budget Submissions for FY 2025-2026: August 31, 2025 (mandatory Comprehensive CEIS does not follow the 8-30 due date)
- Last date for submitting a claim spending down FY 2023-2024Tydings Amounts: Nov. 22, 2025
- Voluntary IDEA CEIS Initial Budget Submission: No due date, but before activities are started
(Voluntary CEIS claims cannot be submitted until students served have been reported to WISEdash - no initial Voluntary CEIS applications will be accepted after the close of the fiscal year) - IDEA Title I Schoolwide Set-Aside Initial Budget Submission: No due date (however, prior to the last day of the fiscal year).
- Final claims for FY 2025-2026 are due September 30, 2026
- Final budget revisions for FY 2025-2026 IDEA formula budgets should be submitted by August 15, 2026
