Seclusion and Restraint

Event Description

Public school districts and Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP) participating private schools to report seclusion and restraint data annually. Information from the previous school year must be shared with your school board by October 1 and reported to the Department of Public Instruction by December 1 each year.
