About Us

Recognition of Commitment and Service

We are happy to produce certificates to recognize and honor those who have served in the education field; this includes all staff working in a school setting (teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, food service, grounds staff, support staff, etc.). We ask that requests for certificates be submitted through this online submission form. Certificates are personalized with the employee's name and their years of service. Each certificate is printed on parchment paper, with the state superintendent's signature, and a gold state seal applied. If you have a large number of submissions, the form allows you to upload an excel document covering all submissions. Please do not edit the columns as these are used to create the certificates. 

Certificates are regularly processed and dated the day they are printed, but you are welcome to submit them year round. Please allow up to 14 business days for requests to be processed. If you have questions, please contact Allyson Hanz at Allyson.Hanz@dpi.wi.gov.
