New User Cohort

Pilot Program for the 2026-27 School Year

Partner Support has created a new opportunity to help new WISE data entry specialists. If you work as a data entry specialist in your school or district and have less than one year of experience in WISE applications, this opportunity was designed for you! The New User Cohort includes:

  • a monthly meeting with a DPI staff member who is an expert in WISE data reporting
  • a monthly email to provide guidance between meetings

New User Cohort Meetings:

New User Cohort meetings will run from September through June. Visit the WISE Events Calendar for details.

Monthly Communications:

In between each monthly meeting, Partner Support will send an email with the “Top 5” list of important tasks for the time of year or common issues discussed in the most recent monthly meeting.

Optional Mentorship:

If you indicate interest in the signup form, Partner Support will try to connect you with a mentor who works in one or more of:

  • the same application(s) as you (WISEid, WISEstaff, School Directory, etc.)
  • the same EdTech tool(s) as you
  • a similar local education agency as yours (small, rural, large, urban, etc.)

Places in the mentorship program are limited, depending on mentor availability.
