WISEdata

Updated links to webpages

We have updated all URLs in WISEdata Portal to align with the newly refreshed WISE public website. These updates ensure that links point to the current web addresses, providing users with smoother navigation.

Forward assessment registrations added to Assessment Roster screen

The Assessment Roster screen now includes data for student registration for the Forward assessment. This displays under the header “Student data available in the API” in a separate row where the Ed-Fi API Resource is “studentAssessmentRegistration for DRC Forward.” This enables LEAs to more easily integrate and streamline their assessment workflows. This enhancement broadens the WISEdata API platform usage and supports LEAs in integrating with vendors who are not using the API for state and federal reporting.

Bug fix: Displayed information corrected

As part of our ongoing efforts to modernize the platform, we released a foundational technical update that improves long term performance and stability. During this transition, some labels were temporarily displayed incorrectly. These have now been corrected, and the update positions us to deliver upcoming enhancements more efficiently.

Ed-Fi Credential

Bug fix: Displayed information corrected

NOTE: We made similar fixes in WISEdata Portal and in Ed-Fi Credential.

WISEid

Change Request screen updates

Users are now redirected to the Change Requests screen when creating a change request, so they can immediately review and approve their own changes. This improves efficiency and reduces navigation by the user to finalize their WISEid data changes.

The “Not Responded,” “Approved,” and “Denied” columns have been removed from the Change Requests screen since they are no longer used in the new workflow that allows LEAs to approve their own changes.

Review Matches screen updates

The Review Matches screen now shows previous assignment history when the person has a Staff local person ID. This addition of assignment data helps users identify the correct WISEid to assign to their recently uploaded staff.
