WISEdash for Districts User Guide: Navigate the Student Profile
Purpose of Student Profile Data
The Student Profile may be used to view individual student data (such as demographics, special education indicators, career and technical education, early warning, attendance, discipline, enrollment, assessments, graduation, growth, roster, and snapshot data) in order to assess individual students’ academic needs and assist them in becoming a high school graduate who is college- or career-ready.

Step-by-Step Instructions
You can navigate to a student's profile in WISEdash for Districts from a Student Search or from a graph within a dashboard that has student-level data.
NOTE: Only WISEdash users with specific roles have access to student-level detail.
From Student Search to a Student Profile

Log in to WISEdash for Districts via WISEhome.

If you need help logging in to WISEhome, follow the step-by-step instructions on the WISEhome Introduction page.

Click Dashboards.

From the Dashboards menu, click Tools.

From the Tools menu, click Student Search.

Use filters to find the student profiles that you need.

Student Search displays up to 10,000 students.

Click a student's row.

WISEdash opens the student profile in a new browser tab.
From a Graph to a Student Profile

Log in to WISEdash for Districts via WISEhome.

Navigate to a graph on a dashboard.

Click a data point on a line or a bar from a bar graph.

This opens a list of students whose data match the data point you have chosen.

Click a student's row.

WISEdash opens the student profile in a new browser tab.
