Vendor List
The organizations in the Vendor Status List (linked above) offer student information systems (SISs) and other products that can submit data to WISEdata based on the widely-adopted Ed-Fi Data Exchange Standards. This list is not a DPI endorsement of vendors. DPI cannot endorse specific vendors.
The Vendor Status List contains those who have participated in the annual WISEdata Ed-Fi certification process. This technical process verifies that the vendor's system meets the Wisconsin Ed-Fi API standard. To see the test scenarios that make up the certification, vendors can view the WI DPI WISEdata Ed-Fi Docs.
Additional expectations for vendors include:
- attending the annual WISEdata Vendor Pre-Conference (March)
- attending vendor calls that DPI holds monthly or as needed
- interacting with DPI by email and phone to address LEA needs and mid-year changes
- responding to DPI’s questions and requests for status updates
WISEdata Ed-Fi certification does not include the software configuration needed to meet state reporting requirements. The LEA and vendor manage this configuration.
Is your private school Choice program interested in a SIS vendor not on the list?
If so, you must ensure that your selected vendor completes the New Vendor Application between July 1st and October 31st for DPI to consider integrating with the vendor for the next school year.
