Aid Payment Information
Overview
The DPI School Financial Services team is ultimately responsible for the payment and distribution of over five billion dollars of state aid each year. Aid payment schedules, adjustments, bank change information, historic data and such can all be found within the links below.
Wondering about a State of Wisconsin payment not on the Aids Register?
Contact the Department of Administration at WIVendors@wisconsin.gov for details on State of Wisconsin ACH deposits. Be sure to include the amount, the date and the name it was deposited.
