SFS Data Warehouse
Overview
The SFS Data Warehouse gathers finance data about Wisconsin's school districts into a place where it’s easy to find and easy to understand. As educators, school boards and policymakers strive to effectively utilize resources in support of student outcomes, understanding financial data and related trends can be a powerful tool to inform decision-making.
Data Availability
Data in the SFS Warehouse is loaded after it is audited and finalized. For this reason, users may notice a delay between the end of a fiscal year and when that data appears in the Warehouse. For example, Comparative Cost and Comparative Revenue from the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020 (2019-20 school year) will be finalized in Spring 2021, after all desk audits of district-submitted 2019-20 Annual Reports are completed. Data will be loaded as soon as it becomes available.
