Intermittent Outages


DPI recently experienced intermittent access issues affecting DPI software applications. The issues appear to be resolved at this time.

If you experience troubles logging in or otherwise accessing our WISE applications, please submit a Help Ticket so that we can be made aware of the problems. Submitting a Help Ticket will also allow us to track the scale of the issue.

We value your assistance , thank you for the communication, and apologize for any inconveniences caused by these outages.

NOTE: Do not submit any Sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (SPII) through this form. List of SPII examples
