Join us and learn what you can do each month to manage the USDA Foods you’ll be receiving this year. Are we really talking about planning for the school year 2027-28? Yes, we are! We will be sharing what you can be doing this fall to plan for the February 2027 Annual Order Survey.
Since this live event is part of the SNST series, please Register for this Course and receive a separate confirmation email as well as the Microsoft Teams link with course materials the week prior to class. Participants that do not register may still access the training live via the link below.

USDA Foods Complaints, Hold, and Recalls
During this training SFAs can learn how to submit complaints to DPI regarding food safety or quality issues for USDA Foods products. Filing a timely complaint is important and may result in a
hold and/or recall or improve the quality of future products. Join us to discuss the roles and responsibilities of SFAs, WI DPI, USDA, and manufacturers. Although every recall is different, we
will discuss what SFAs can expect during a product, recall, or hold.
