Perkins V Accountability Reports

View the Strengthening Career and Technical Education in the 21st Century Act is a federal grant program that invests in both secondary and postsecondary career and technical education (CTE) published by the Wisconsin Technical College System.

Perkins V Accountability Reports provide an overview of each fiscal agent's student performance indicators. These performance indicators are based on the targets outlined in the Wisconsin Perkins V State Plan and revised according to provisions in the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act.

Perkins accountability is based on eight indicators:

  • 1S1 Four-year Graduation Cohort Rate
  • 1S2 Seven-year Graduation Cohort Rate
  • 2S1 Academic Proficiency in Reading/Language Arts
  • 2S2 Academic Proficiency in Mathematics
  • 2S3 Academic Proficiency in Science
  • 3S1 Post-Program Placement
  • 4S1 Nontraditional Program Concentration
  • 5S3 Program Quality - Participated in Work-based Learning
