View the Strengthening Career and Technical Education in the 21st Century Act is a federal grant program that invests in both secondary and postsecondary career and technical education (CTE) published by the Wisconsin Technical College System.
Perkins V Accountability Reports provide an overview of each fiscal agent's student performance indicators. These performance indicators are based on the targets outlined in the Wisconsin Perkins V State Plan and revised according to provisions in the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act.
Perkins accountability is based on eight indicators:
- 1S1 Four-year Graduation Cohort Rate
- 1S2 Seven-year Graduation Cohort Rate
- 2S1 Academic Proficiency in Reading/Language Arts
- 2S2 Academic Proficiency in Mathematics
- 2S3 Academic Proficiency in Science
- 3S1 Post-Program Placement
- 4S1 Nontraditional Program Concentration
- 5S3 Program Quality - Participated in Work-based Learning
