The following documentation will be required prior to acceptance into the programs:
- Documentation of nonprofit status (501c3 documentation)
- Be formally recognized by the Department of Public Instruction as a school
- Have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), issued by SAM.gov
- Have a FEIN number, a copy of IRS document is required
