Monitoring Tool
DPI has developed the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) monitoring portal, for use in gathering and submitting the required documentation for a site monitoring review. The monitoring portal lists all of the federal and state requirements for 21st CCLC programs, along with examples of documents that serve as evidence of compliance with those requirements. Evidence must be submitted to DPI through the monitoring portal at least three weeks in advance of the on-site meeting and program observation. A PDF version of the monitoring portal content can be found below.

Components of On-Site Monitoring Visits
Each monitoring visit consists of an entrance interview with key program staff, an observation of program operations, a review of documentation that provides evidence of compliance with grant requirements, and an exit interview.
