Using Our Social and Emotional Learning Resources

Use the questions below as a guide to navigating the the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's (DPI) social and emotional learning (SEL) resources.

LEARN: Are you curious about SEL or just beginning your SEL journey?
PLAN: Are you ready to analyze & identify student and educator practices and resource inequities, to examine root causes to support goal development or to review a selection of evidence-based improvement strategies & create an aligned implementation plan?
DO: How do you use improvement cycles to implement and monitor the focused plan to achieve district, school, or out-of-school time goals within an equitable multi-level system of supports (MLSS)?
STUDY/CHECK: How do you review evidence of implementation and impact on educator practice and student outcomes?
